Buying Prints

Many of my prints are currently available via Etsy, and here is my online shop. However, you are also welcome to contact me directly should you require alternative prints or new commissions.

Please have a read through my general policies below so that you are not disappointed with your purchases.

Introduction

I take great pride in my photographic work and maintain the highest possible standards from creation of the first image right through to its printing. I use only high quality materials and trusted services, and I hope that you are completely satisfied with any photographic print you purchase from me.

Colour/Finish Variations

Please note that, due to the difference in monitor displays and images printed on paper, final colours may vary slightly. However, rest assured that all photographs have been colour matched from start (camera) to finish (paper), and I always aim for the highest standards in quality and clarity on all my prints.

If you have any concerns over a particular image, please contact me and I can offer a fuller description.

Payment

Items will be shipped as soon as is reasonably practical (within three business days) after payment has been received from the buyer. I regret that orders cancelled after shipping cannot be refunded unless the item is returned in ‘as new’ condition at the buyer’s own expense.

Shipping

Shipping to the UK and Europe will be by registered post. Shipping elsewhere will be by Air Mail. All packages are fully insured. International (non-UK) buyers are responsible for paying all customs fees/taxes as applicable.

Refunds and Exchanges

I regret that refunds cannot be made once an item has been shipped, unless it is returned ‘as new’ to me with shipping costs paid by the buyer.

I will claim for items that have been damaged or lost in transit, therefore buyer’s cooperation is highly appreciated. A replacement item will also be shipped.

Buyer is made aware of my standard disclaimer regarding colour reproduction and differences between screen and print. Please contact me prior to purchase if you have concerns about this, as refunds cannot be issued because a colour didn’t look identical in print to how it was viewed on a computer screen.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders can be requested, either for alternative prints of existing items or brand new prints. I cannot guarantee to be able to fulfil all original commissions or printing requirements, and I reserve the right to reject those that I believe will not show my work at its best quality.
